| The trip and the hotel was great!!!! Outstanding: People, staff, manager, rooms, location, food, bar, pool, spa, internet service, beach, daily activites. Things that they could work on: Iron in the rooms - very small request. I would not recommend this location to someone that wants to swim in the ocean - not a good swim place. I would market and recommend this place to ladies on a weekend out - I went with my friend for a weekend away and it was great - not just a honeymoon place.

| Our trip to Paraiso de la Bonita was absolutely wonderful! I only wish we could have extended our stay so that we could have enjoyed the beautiful weather a few more days (our first three days were a little rainy and cloudy). Our room was very nice and the bathroom amenities were better than any we have seen in Mexico for the past 23 years. Everything was in working order too - we only had to ask for an in-room safe which was not in the room when we arrived. The linens were top notch and there was plenty of hot water. Our only complaint about the room was the extremely hard bed, which seems to be the case in most hotels in the area. The beach was gorgeous and the hotel worked very hard to keep the seaweed cleared off every morning. The pools and the services around the pool were better than average too. The food was very good and most of the staff was very cordial and attentive (Wilbur was my favorite). The staff at reception could use a few lessons on hospitality however. The spa services, which we took advantage of on three occasions, were fantastic. After my first massage with Luis, I asked for him as my masseur two more times. My husband was equally as impressed with Manuel. We booked the sunset cruise on the hotel catamaran and then were served dinner on the beach to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was just as I had hoped it would be and I would definitely repeat the experience! Thank you for all of your assistance in planning our little getaway.
