Minimum Stay
- Minimum stay of 7 nights required Dec 22, 2010 - Jan 5, 2011 inclusive.

General
- Earliest check in time is 3:00pm. If rooms are available the hotel will gladly register you earlier.
- Latest check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room or 8 people per suite.
- For Christmas, New Year and Thanksgiving a deposit of 50% (min 4 nights) is required. The balance is due 60 days prior to check in.
- For short stays, full payment may be requested on confirmation.
- Deposits (including tax) will be charged upon confirmation following receipt of a signed authorization form.
- An initial deposit of 3 nights or a third of the accommodation cost is required on confirmation, whichever is greater. The balance will be due 60 days prior to check in.
- A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for Deluxe Balcony rooms and 4 nights for all other rooms, except where otherwise stated above
- Additional deposits are required for group reservations (3 or more rooms or a 2 room suite plus an additional room).
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.

Deposit
- The deposit will be charged in USD, and can be charged to Discover and American Express cards as well as Visa and Mastercard. Payments at the hotel can be made by Visa or Mastercard only (in pesos).
Cancellations, No-Shows and Early Departures
