Posada Carmina has eleven guest rooms
on the second floor of the old section of the hotel, and
a further six in a new extension towards the rear of the
hotel. Many of the latter enjoy delightful views of San
Miguel, and the former overlook the pretty internal
courtyard.
Every room is full of colonial charm, many with high ceilings and all with simple but appealing furnishings. Recent refurbishments have sensitively updated the amenities, and all rooms now have gleaming white bathrooms and efficient showers, cable TVs and direct dial telephones.
The most requested rooms are those with balconies and
views of the Parroquia - room #107 has a small balcony
with this view, and #111 has a window seat.
We also love the 3 rooms (#104, #105 and #106) that open onto the sunny terrace shown above - this is a great place for reading and relaxing in San Miguel's perpetual spring climate.
It's possible to request a specific room number when you make your reservation and the hotel will do their best to accommodate your request.
