| The hotel was wonderful. They took good care of us and we enjoyed our stay. My only constructive criticism that you could pass on for me is that I didn't bring a hair dryer figuring that most nice hotels either have one in the room, or one at the front desk to loan to a guest. Posada had neither so I had to purchase one while I was there.

| The Posada Santa Fe was perfect for our needs. I will say that the bathrooms (showers) were wet and small. I do understand that the hotel is a historic area so changes are difficult. Otherwise the hotel was charming and staff service was great. We did stay in a room facing the plaza. We had no problem with the noise. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bricks. The food in the restaurant was OK... one should order chicken not beef.

| We enjoyed our visit very much. The hotel is very comfortable and the people at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Being right on the main square is certainly colorful, and if you don't have a room on the square, reasonably quiet. The hotel is certainly one of the best for its price in Guanajuato.
