Deluxe rooms have kitchenettes, which are fitted with hot plates, a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. These are particularly useful for a longer stay or for families with small children, although there are dozens of restaurants in all price ranges within easy walking distance of the hotel.

All rooms have a balcony or terrace and some corner rooms have extra windows and may have a glimpse of the Caribbean. The hotel has three stories and the best views are obtained from the highest rooms. There's also a rooftop solarium that offers superb views of Playa del Carmen.
