from the airport
A private taxi from the airport in Puerto Escondido costs around US$30 and the journey takes about 10 minutes.A collectivo or shared taxi service is also available at around US$4 per person one-way. Taxis from Huatulco airport, which is about 1 hour away, cost around US$100.
Taxis are readily available at either airport without advance reservations.

The hotel is situated by a rocky headland marking the convergence of Playa Marinero and Playa Zicaleta.From the town centre, head in the direction of Huatulco on the highway 200. After passing over a small bridge by the lagoon, take the second right, signed Playa Zicaleta.
It's a rough road for the short distance to the beach, where you'll find the hotel on the left hand side, but the surface improves as the road follows beach round and re-emerges on highway 200.
