| Nice bar, restaurant and gardens apart from that this is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel. We had a 'villa' room which was noisy, shabby and had mould growing on the bathroom ceiling and walls. The pool was a good size and clean but the loungers etc were shabby and dirty with stained covers. If we had been staying for longer than 3 nights we would have checked out after the first night.

| Felt the Hotel Victoria was perfect for people with kids since the pool is so large and the grounds very spacious. Would be tough for older people to stay in the villa (great for us, and for those with kids) as the climb, at 5000 feet above sea level would be hard going unless you have good wind. S. | The Hotel Victoria in Oxacaco was a little disappointing, probably the most expensive but slightly dated, fading charm. While it boasts a large swimming pool the water was so murky that you couldn't see the bottom of the pool so we didn't swim. Food was good here especially breakfast buffet and the panoramic view from the restaurant was fantastic. R. Hawkins, Bishops Stortford, United Kingdom
