| Felt the Hotel Victoria was perfect for people with kids since the pool is so large and the grounds very spacious. Would be tough for older people to stay in the villa (great for us, and for those with kids) as the climb, at 5000 feet above sea level would be hard going unless you have good wind.

| The Hotel Victoria was a wonderful place to be for a week. The pool was a treat as was the location and the food. I was glad to be up away from the noise of the city, although Oaxaca is a town that never sleeps! Since Mexico struggles with water problems, I would suggest not having the sheets changed daily as they were. It would be a help to the environment in leaving a note (in English/Spanish) to request changing the sheets only when necessary. Also, a few more bottles of water would have been appreciated. They left two every day. The people were friendly and accommodating. We are glad we chose Hotel Victoria and if we ever returned, we would probably stay there.

| The hotel was fabulous - especially the pool and environs with a fabulous view. We also got a great room. Service at the hotel was impeccable and the entire hotel was very clean. Food was also excellent. We had a bit of excitment while asleep one night when some fireworks went off for a wedding - I think they use real dyamite! Only negative was that it was a little noisy from road traffic below and also a school that had stuff going over a loud speaker each morning - but we were usually up. Overall, fabulous. And thank you for your great service!
