In this grand hotel of only seven rooms, guests come to
feel like they are cherished friends hosted in a lavish
private home.
Breakfast is served in the grand dining room - there are no fixed hours, you just find a place at the huge table and help yourself to coffee, sweet rolls and fruit. Hot dishes are cooked to order by the friendly staff, and this is a good opportunity to mingle with fellow guests.
Lunch and dinner also also available and are expertly
prepared by the resident chef.
The managers quickly dispelled with menus, since they found it better to discuss requirements directly with the guests. They are happy to suggest whatever is in season and at its best in the area, and to cater precisely to any dietary preferences. We found their recommendations to be very good.
