excursions
A wide range of spectacular excursions are available from
the Villa Montana with the specialist company Ayangupani
Tours. We highly recommend the services of this company, led
by David Saucedo.
The city tours of Morelia and Patzcuaro will give you a good
introduction to this area, but don't miss a visit to some of
the smaller towns and natural wonders nearby, some of which
are off the regular tourists' track. You'll have the
opportunity to buy traditional crafts direct from the
artisans and to get to know one of the most gloriously
beautiful states in Mexico.
The tours operate daily and reservations can be made at the
hotel or in advance - email us for advance reservations.
It's also possible to arrange for a private guide to take
you on a tour customized to your requirements..
