Thought I would pass on my thoughts--overall, just a terrific place--not all master suites have an outside Jacuzzi- #2601, the suite on the sixth floor, does not have the outside Jacuzzi--unfortunately, we were given this suite--the view is obstructed by two large pillars and the terrace is not nearly as nice as the others-moreover, the toilet was leaking--after speaking with the concierge and front desk, I was told this was the only room available for my stay--after thinking about the problem, I went to the front desk to see if my concerns made sense to them, i.e. why am I paying the same rate as someone with an outside Jacuzzi--after some discussion, it was agreed we would be moved the next day--we were moved to #2701--WOW!!!!!!!!!!!--this suite was all and more than advertised--including the candles surrounding the inside Jacuzzi which were not there in #2601--the Murales restaurant was adequate but not superior and the most expensive entrée was around 280 pesos--we ate at Ciela for breakfast and lunch which was very good--anyway, -the difference between the suites was unbelievable, really night and day--#2701 is the suite to stay in--it really is spectacular.

We  booked 3 nights at the Villa Premiere through your web site. We absolutely loved it there. It is a very lovely hotel. The decor is wonderful! The food was excellent at the outdoor restaurant. We only wish that we had time to try the other restaurants in the hotel.

We were very disappointed in the all-inclusive package. Although the hotel staff was very friendly and generally helpful, and the property and rooms were very nice overall, there were several things that would cause me pause in recommending the hotel. I certainly would not purchase the all-inclusive plan, and it is unlikely that we would chose to return to the property.

First, the signature restaurant, "Murales", was open only one night during our stay. I inquired of the staff if they could open up Murales an additional night, but was told that it wouldn't be possible. Since the quality of the food was a major marketing point used by the hotel for its all-inclusive package (especially Murales), and the primary reason we selected the hotel, this was a major disappointment. Thus, the price of the all-inclusive package was not warranted as a result. The food at Murales was quite good, however, the quality of the food at the other restaurants at the hotel was hit or miss. Also, disappointing was the fact that the menu was heavily Americanized. In addition, several guests reported getting a bit sick to the stomach from the food during the stay including me (and I have lived and traveled extensively in Mexico) and I only ate at the hotel. The menus didn't really change from day-to-day either. Bar hours were a bit quirky, and beer and liquor selections were very limited (e.g. Corona, Dos Equis, Sol - not the best Mexican beers on the market...)

Second, there was confusion upon our arrival as to the fact that we had pre-paid for the all-inclusive plan, and also what exactly that plan included. No one seemed to know, and I had to explain it to the staff and show them my confirmation email from a Different World. No activities were included in the price. Just food and drink.

Third, during peak pool hours, late morning and mid-day, we were subject to noisy construction and maintenance work going on at the hotel during the first few days of our stay. Hard to relax when power tools are being used for two hours straight.

The hotel's pool area is quite nice as are the beach front casitas, although the staff could do a better job of discouraging the constant peddling of the beach merchants. I don't have a major problem with this, in some respects it makes Mexico charming, but once you've given the merchants a firm "no gracias" and you just want to doze by the pool or on the beach, the hotel's staff should facilitate keeping the peddlers away from its guests.

Villa Premiere may be a better option for folks who want to check out the local Puerto Vallarta scene and sample local cuisine. It is very close to the airport too, which is nice if that is important to you. However, the all-inclusive plan was not a value and I was very disappointed.

I'm not sure if the Villa Premiere is in line with the other special properties you advertise on your website.
