Booking Policies
Minimum Stay
- Minimum stay of 3 nights required Jan 1, 2009 - Dec 31, 2010 inclusive.
General
- Earliest check in time is 3:00 p.m. If rooms are available the hotel will gladly register you earlier.
- Latest check out time is 12 noon.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room (except in the Deluxe rooms where 3 people can be accommodated).
- A mandatory surcharge of 45 USD per person (25 USD if on the AI plan) applies to the Gala dinner on December 24. Includes a bottle of house wine.
- A mandatory surcharge of 70 USD per person (EP and AI plan) applies to the Gala dinner on December 31. Includes a bottle of house wine.
- No pets (except guide dogs) accepted
Rates
- This hotel's rates are fixed in US Dollars, but credit cards will be charged in Mexican Pesos using a conversion rate that changes regularly in line with the banks' exchange rates.

Deposit
