El Manglar is the main restaurant at the hotel and features a wonderful selection of International cuisine, with plenty of seafood options on the menu.

The same menu choices are available to guests on either the European or All-inclusive Plan, and all meals are a la carte.

Dinner is served here daily, in the colorful interior or on the ocean view terraces. The adjacent bar serves excellent cocktails in a tropical setting.
