The beach isn't large, but it's sheltered by rocks at one end and land at the other, so is private for both hotel and restaurant guests.

The sand is powder soft and cool, and gently slopes into the crystal clear Caribbean ocean.

In the distance you can make out the buildings of Cancun, and at night see the lights twinkling romantically.
