Morelia's airport is about 20 miles from downtown Morelia. A taxi to the hotel costs about 150 pesos and takes around 25 minutes.

The Virrey de Mendoza is located in the heart of Morelia, on the main plaza.

From the airport, follow signs to Morelia. As you enter the city you'll pass the Instituto Tecnologico de Morelia and then cross a major junction with traffic lights and a bridge.

Keep straight ahead and you'll enter the city on Avenida Morelos Norte.

Turn right at the junction with Avenida Madero and you'll find the hotel 3 blocks ahead on your left, at the corner of Madero and the main plaza.
