Solea offers a fusion of Mexican and Asian cuisine with
a contemporary twist. Seafood is a particular specialty here.
The restaurant is open until midnight during the week, and until 1:00am on Friday and Saturday, blissful news for late arrivals and long-haul travelers (the light Eastern fare is easy on the stomach after a long flight too).
Breakfast here is also highly recommended; the freshly
baked muffins are hard to resist, and the stunningly
arranged fruit plate "frudite" with cinnamon toast is
both virtuous and satisfying.
Before your meal, stop by at the colorful multi-level bar area. There's also an outdoor terrace for star-gazing on balmy evenings.
