Taxis are available at the airport and the fare to the villa is around US$100. The journey takes about 20 minutes.  When directing a taxi driver, tell them that the villa is after the Omni villa in Puerto Aventuras

driving directions

From the coastal highway #307, take the turning for Puerto Aventuras. Coming from the direction of Cancun it will be around 15 minutes after the Playa del Carmen turning. A gated entrance will lead you into Puerto Aventuras, and you can then follow the signs for Casa del Agua.
